Provides instantaneous, endless hot water at tap while eliminating cold water run out waiting for water to heat. 99 percent efficient, heats water only when tap is turned on, does not store water to avoid standby heat loss. Copper heat exchanger and copper sheathed heating elements in durable, plastic housing for reliability. Easy-to-install, hardwire (must be grounded) and connect to hot and cold water lines with 3/8" NPT fittings, no pressure/temperature relief valve needed. Adjustable heat settings/flow with outlet service valve. LED indicator light brightness reflects when 1 or both elements are operating. Compact design can be mounted in any direction under virtually any sink. UL/CUL Listed. 5 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY. 12-1/4" x 6-1/2" x 3", use 8-gauge wire. 240 Volt/40 or 20 amp for 8.5 kW high/4.75 low and 208 Volt/35 or 18 amp for 7.1 kW high/3.5 low, 1/2 to 3/4 GPM minimum at 105 degrees Fahrenheit. Not Designed to accept preheated water.
