Return Policy

At Preston Hardware we do our best to give you an accurate assessment of the items you’ve purchased with clear digital photographs and detailed descriptions.

All new items carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases, these items can be returned or replaced by Preston Hardware. Please inquire for further details.

In the case that your item requires warranty or return, please contact the Preston Hardware location (Ottawa) from which you purchased your item(s). Our staff will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number, and will give you instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to our warehouse. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns without this RA Number.

Once we determine the condition of the faulty product, we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion. As well, please note that return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.
