We provide FREE DELIVERY on orders over $100 (before tax) within our local delivery area . Orders are delivered pending credit approval and product availability. Local Delivery orders under $100 incur a flat fee of $10 CDN per order. Most products will be delivered to the front door whereas large products (50 lbs or more) will be a curbside delivery (see below).

Expected Delivery Times
We strive to ship most products within 2 to 4 business days. A representative from Preston Hardware will contact you to confirm the delivery date and time by phone or email and any special instructions (cellular phone or preferred entrance). We provide a 4 hour delivery window for all local deliveries. Our delivery times and dates are Monday to Friday between 8:30 am and 5:30pm. Some products may require extended shipping times. If your order requires an extended shipping period, you will be contacted by a Preston Hardware representative.
Terms and Conditions
Drivers do not assist with unpacking, set-up or clean up. If no one is available to accept the delivery when our driver is at your location, our driver will return the order to Preston Hardware on Preston Street for pickup (see map). Proof of purchase must be provided for pick-up. Alternatively we can deliver within 2 business days for a $10 fee (per visit). We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.
"Curbside Delivery" refers to a delivery made to the curb at the end of your driveway. It is not the driver's responsibility to bring freight into house, garage, etc.
You must provide a shipping address that is free of spatial obstructions (low hanging trees, power, or just insufficient space in general). If delivery cannot be made to the shipping address because of spatial restrictions, you will be responsible for any additional charges (new shipping destination) or we will return the product for pick up at Preston Hardware.
Preston Hardware is a Canadian company and, as such, certain issues arise when shipping to foreign countries:
Our
shipping charges do not include any taxes (if applicable) levied by the
purchaser’s federal, state or local governments. UPS, the postal
service, or other relevant shipping companies usually collect these
taxes when the shipment arrives.
The purchaser is responsible
for paying any border brokerage or preparation charges required by the
