New items carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. In most cases, the
item can be returned or replaced by Preston Hardware. For further

RETURNING AN ITEM
In
the case that your item requires warranty or return, please contact
Preston Hardware directly at 613-230-7166. You will be provided with a
Return Authorization (RA) number, and given instructions on how to ship
the item(s) back to Preston Hardware. Unfortunately, we will not be
able to accept returns without this RA Number.
Once we determine
the condition of the faulty product, we will repair, replace, or refund
at our discretion. As well, please note that return shipping is the
responsibility of the purchaser.
